Dr. Chabba earned his Doctor of Optometry degree from Salus University in Philadelphia and is passionate about providing personalized, patient-focused eye care for individuals and families of all ages. He believes in taking the time to help patients feel comfortable, informed, and confident about their vision and eye health.
Dr. Chabba's clinical interests include comprehensive eye exams, contact lenses, dry eye management, diabetic eye care, myopia control, and the early detection and management of eye diseases. He enjoys combining modern technology with a friendly and approachable experience to help patients achieve their best possible vision.
Outside of the office, Dr. Chabba enjoys cooking, trying new restaurants, staying active, and spending quality time with friends and family. He is excited to serve the Visalia community and looks forward to building long-lasting relationships with his patients at Valley Eye Care.
Dr. Preet Sandhu

Dr. Preet Sandhu is a California-licensed, glaucoma-certified optometrist with over 6 years of experience serving the Visalia and Tulare communities. Born and raised in San Jose, California, she earned her undergraduate degree from UC Davis in Neurobiology, Physiology, and Behavioral Sciences before heading east to complete her Doctorate of Optometry at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Philadelphia, PA.
Dr. Sandhu broadened her clinical expertise through specialty rotations in low vision at The Eye Institute in Philadelphia, as well as training in pediatrics, vision therapy, and contact lenses. She further distinguished herself by completing a residency in Primary Care and Ocular Disease at the James Quillen VA Medical Center in Mountain Home, TN — a foundation that fuels her passion for managing complex ocular disease.
Now conveniently located inside Costco in N. Visalia, Dr. Sandhu is proud to continue caring for her patients close to home. She welcomes patients of all ages and backgrounds, and is fluent in English, Punjabi, and Hindi, with conversational Spanish — making quality eye care accessible to our diverse Central Valley community.
When she's not in the office, Dr. Sandhu enjoys staying active through pickleball and the gym, exploring new restaurants, traveling, and reading.
